Accounts Payables

- Processing payment instructions by preparing statements as wire or cheques.
- Comply with financial policies, procedures and contractual requirements.
- Punching and processing of Invoices.
- Monitoring payment advices sent to vendors through "automated payment advice" by Oracle.
- Prepare electronic bank transfer instructions.
- Correspond with the bank regarding payment issues.

Accounts Receivables
- Preparation of Invoices.

- Follow established procedures for processing receipts, cash etc.

- Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities.

- Maintain accounts receivable customer files.

- Communicating with customers via phone, email, mail or personally

- Maintaining of accounts receivables which include intercompany receivables.

Other tasks:-
- Maintain the general ledger.

- Reconcile Employees' advances in General ledger.

- Preparation of Bank reconciliation statements in accordance with monthly and yearly closing schedules.

- Processing / reconciling transactions on corporate credit cards
