Brief Overviews
Responsible for Portfolio growth of Commercial Business Segment of the Bank to achieve business goals in revenue, profit, asset & deposit growth, customer acquisition and cross sell.
Managing and developing the commercial business team of the Bank to achieve budgetary number in terms of Book, Disbursement, NII, Fee income, ROA and ROE.
Client relationship Management-Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve performance in local market and focus on existing customer and new client acquisition.
Providing 360-degree range of banking products to SME client includes assets, liability, trade, insurance and Investment Banking products.
Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures - Regular monitoring of client satisfaction and service quality levels and ensure minimum TAT with high service excellence.
Credit control and Risk Management policies relating to operational risk, sales processes, credit policy, anti-mis-selling.
Conduct detail market study to analyse the latest market trends and tracking competitor activities and providing valuable inputs to clients, offer appropriate products and services.
Conduct business plan reviews, Effective cost management, ensure Portfolio quality and least delinquency ratio. Build sales culture and sales centric atmosphere among the team members. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve market presence.
Awareness of all bank policies and procedures issued in relation to credit lending, money laundering prevention and KYC.MIS and reports preparation.
