• Delivering the project on time, within the budget and acceptable quality to all stakeholders.
• Prepare approvals of the electrical engineering packages prior to being issued for construction by solving TDR (Technical Document Review) from client & PMC.
• Generate/review the regular project documentations such as project schedule, progress reports, FAT invitation, milestone documentation etc.
• Liaise with all stake holders (Main Contractors, Consultants, Client and internal departments) to ensure project deliverables are catered during the engineering, execution and close out of the project.
• Responsible for submission / approval of shop drawings, tracking progress by DTS register.
• Coordination with procurement department for vendor finalization / material submission and approvals of suppliers / vendors / equipment, tracking progress by procurement register.
• Review vendor drawings, documents, certificates etc. before submitting to PMC/ Client.
• Seek resolution on complex technical problems as required to ensure satisfactory completion of design and construction.
• Coordination with Mechanical / Civil and other depts. during the engineering phase with IFC’s, notifying changes.
• Coordinate with vendors and attend the equipment "Factory Acceptance Tests" (FAT).
• Apply internal engineering and construction standards, operating procedures, specifications and templates so that project delivery, engineering and construction are conducted in a consistent manner.
• Maintaining Lessons learnt register, exchange technical information and learning’s within the organization to maintain awareness of internal projects, developments and trend.
• Develop BOQ and Method Statements for each activity in line with Project Specifications.
• Monitor Project progress, initiate notification of delays and recording the same during the course of project.
• Organize/ attend Project technical and progress review meetings.
• Responsible for assuring customers of timely delivery of the project milestones. To ensure that the payments of the project scope are secured at the same time.
• Ensuring documentation as per Quality Management System of the Organization.
• Ensure all project team members to HSE policy of the organization and of the client and to issue HSE performance statistics reports to Client.
• Responsible for maximization of the profit during by exploring opportunities of time and cost claims in case of change in scope.
• Responsible for handing over of the project, to take Taking over certificate / Provisional Acceptance Certificate and Final Taking over certificate / Final Acceptance Certificate after the warranty period.

Develop design packages for electrical systems and equipment including drawings such as Equipment
layout, Cable Routing layout, Earthing layout, SLDs, Schematic etc, detail scope of work, Bill of
Material / Quantity and preliminary cost estimates.
* Produce technical reports for the scope of work, and technical specifications for the electrical equipment.
* Manage the electrical activities of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) during the Front
End Engineering Development (FEED) and design phase.
* Coordinate with Project managers to finalize the Electrical Engineering scope for the entire project /
package.
* Carries out analysis of major equipments selected in the design package.
* Experience in project design in accordance with the client and World Wide industrial standards are being
met and complied.
* Monitor and review in coordination with PMC about the performance and work quality of the project.
* Ensure that the design work is in accordance with clients design standards, applicable codes/regulations,
and acceptable work practice.
* Work with vendors to obtain bids for proposed scope, and assist the Project Manager in evaluating bids.
* Provide technical assurance for electrical discipline deliverables for projects.
