Responsibility includes: - Access control.
- CCTV monitoring.
- Telephone operating.
- Proceeding radio communication as a security control station.
- Recording each event on log book.
- Issuing a get pass for visitors and staffs.
- Issuing a proxy card for authorized person as well as visitors entering the plant site.
- Recording any incoming visitors in the computerized access system.
- Issuing the keys for every authorized department.
- Issuing a material get pass form, if may requested by authorized person only.
- Issuing stationery and commissioners items for security officers using at post.
- Verifying authorized signatures by computerized system especially for material get pass
issue.
- Filling a daily new file such as material get pass, visitors registration, vehicle search
registration, radio check registration, security incident report, duty hand over and took over report . etc
- Making security authorization stamp for any approved security issue only.
- Arranging security vehicle for the purpose of escorting VIP visitors.
- Arranging security vehicle for the purpose of escorting chemical truck into plant site. And
that chemical truck all documents are checking by me to approval the get pass.
- Receiving the incoming postal and envelops.
- Checking security duty roster daily.
- Maintains duty take over and hand over.
• Worked as a security guard in Ras gas liquefied natural gas projects Qatar, april, 2008 to june, 2009.
Responsibility includes: - Respond for any emergency situations as directed by polices.
- Perform Identification and vehicles checking on daily basis.
- Inform and warned violators of rule infraction such as carrying for bidden things, smoking,
loitering
- Daily conduct patrolling on foot and vehicle to assure the security of assigned area.
- Familiar with safety rule and regulation on-site.
- Proceeding first aid emergency service.
