My responsibilities are to:
1. provide leadership to the teaching and none teaching staff.
2. capacity building, teachers training, human Resource Management, Child rights advocacy, Project management, project writing, Fundraising, educational leadership, applying appropriate teaching and assessment methodologies.Designing and developing educational objectives, preparing teaching material and leading teams for the success of the educational institute.
communicating to the parents and top management concerns relating to the school children. Supervising overall functions of the institute.

My duties were :
Supervising the teaching staff in their day to day responsibilities and guiding them to do effective class room teaching.
Getting all the administrative work done with the assistance of the accounts officer.
Holding meetings with parents and other community members for the better results of the students.
Being a religious devoted to education I was also doing the advocacy for the rights of the children in a hostile environment.
Keeping the service books of the teaching and none teaching staff up to date. Smooth running of the offices under my responsibility.
creating business for the school as well as helping the deserving students for free education.
Providing training to the staff to adopt new teaching methodologies.
Managing (allocation, preparing contracts, taking rent, maintenance) of the teachers quarters and issues related to it.
