As a business communications manager at the bank, my key responsibilities span the full lifecycle of communication strategy, execution, and optimization. I develop a comprehensive communication plan to support the bank's business objectives, identifying key stakeholders, communication channels, and messaging. Measurable goals and KPIs are established to track the effectiveness of these efforts. I oversee the creation and distribution of all external-facing communications, such as press releases, customer updates, and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints. Coordination with internal teams in marketing, public relations, and customer service is critical to executing the communication plan. Continuously measuring performance, gathering stakeholder feedback, and analyzing data allows me to make ongoing adjustments to optimize the results of the bank's communication activities.
