Job Responsibilities:
To achieve goal closely work with store manager and distribute to the team as on based of the target dept wise
Addressing customer needs by immediately resolving conflict, inspiring long term customer relationships and creativity placing and rotating merchandise in a way best catches customers.
Working closely with store manager and team and determine the most cost-effective marketing strategies.
Using company software to draft proposals, research and track product
Lead staff specialists’ team to enhance sales, service levels and membership conversions.
Build and train sales specialists’ team and develop overall store team.
Operate as front line manager on implementing store functions through staff members
Handle retail staff job functions and reconcile registers per shifts.
Responsible in monitoring the developments in the product and a clear knowledge of the market status.
Market analysis and Benchmarking reports.
Executive Team leadership
Merchandising Standard Implementation
Ensuring all stocks transactions are properly recorded in the system timorously, accurately, and correctly categorized
Received and dispatch of stocks to be documented properly as per the requirement of stocks to location and from.
Conduct stocks counts and provisions of sufficient stocks for events.
Responsible for the complete operation of the store ensuring a high level of productivity and enabling the store to meet or exceed budgeted sales and margin.
Worked as a Store
Responsible for daily attendance monitoring of the Department staffs.
Responsible for daily floor SOP checklist of the departments.
Maintaining the daily tracking report of GWP’s and FOC’s.
Maintaining daily tracking record of the departments NTI’s.
Maintaining of Delivery records, receipts and receivables.
Responsible for keeping Data log books and Daily Reports and Files.
Daily email checking and reverting back for all the department requirements and issues.
Weekly sending of promotion reports and visual implementation snaps to the top management.
Weekly sending and checking of each and every brand product order requirements.
Monthly sending of department staffs attendance and performance report to the top management.
Responsible for monitoring the Stockholdings, Sales and Sell thru reports.
Communicating with the top management in every department operation.
Responsible for the complete operation of the store ensuring a high level of productivity and enabling the department to meet or exceed budgeted sales and margin.
Assisting customer with different food selection.
Ensuring all perishable foods are fresh.
Conducting half year and yearly stocktake.
inventory controlling.
Assist customers with furniture purchases and provide tips on house decoration.
Responsible in monitoring the developments in the product and a clear knowledge of the market status.
Possess certain abilities to work in job such as the ability to operate certain equipment, the ability to communicate with others, and physical ability to be on their feet for long period of time.
Possess a knowledge of furniture products and sales skills.
