Roles and Responsibilities
•Leading, directing and motivating the parts sales team in order to achieve the overall sales target
•Preparation of parts daily reports and presentation to the management on daily sales achievement/Immediate fill rate/Takt time/special order details.
•To ensure the sales team is following SOP in making quotations, invoicing, warranty claim and parts return procedures to achieve individual KPI.
•Close monitoring on Inventory/back order to provide standard ETA and parts arrival information to End users.
•Coordinate with branches as well as internal and external counter operations regularly to review the inventory movements/ parts usage at different locations
•Schedule and supervise transfer of spare parts to different locations and handle any mismatch/ problems that may arise.
•Ensure that all items in the warehouse are efficiently stored/ displayed
•Maintain stock integrity by ensuring that perpetual inventory reconciliation is carried out periodically while identifying and resolving any discrepancies
•Lead kaizen activities in the warehouse implementing storage improvement ideas and maintain warehouse, keeping it clean and orderly.
Analyzing & order planning based on market trend with given order parameters & target
•Maintain the target stock month based on stock policy. Ensure stock efficiency by daily monitoring Warehouse stock, Safety stock, abnormal demands and lead time fluctuations.
•Capture the demand from various sales and supporting channels through standard communications and place forecasted orders to improve availability ratio.
Roles and Responsibilities
•Responsible for answering the customer inquiries regarding Spare parts through phone, email, or face to face inquiries to meet the customer needs.
•Offer Spare parts and accessories to customer and give some technical recommendations in order to achieve the parts sales target.
•Inform the customers about the new offers & promotions to support in achieving the parts sales target.
•Follow up with the Special ordered items till ensuring its arrival in the warehouse to notify the customer that his order was arrived.
•Create a warning list with the out of stock items & the items which is about to be out of stock and communicate it with Inventory controller.
•Handle the customer complaints related to the parts in his location to increase the customer's satisfaction.
•Loss sales data input, new model parts enquiry information gathering and pass on to procurement for demand planning.
•Generate Sales Target achievement report weekly/monthly/quarterly to send it to the Parts Sales Manager.
•Ensure Customer satisfaction, customer retention data base and cash customer accounts management.
