• Execution of sanitary (sewer) system, Irrigation system, centralized drainage system, Irrigation system and Potable water system.
• Planning, managing and monitoring of design to ensure that projects milestones are achieved.
• Execution as per contractual documents & Qatar Construction Specification (QCS).
• Co-ordination with other disciplines such as Architectural, Civil & Electrical.
• To implement and ensure quality management system in the project through system & standards.
• Responsible for Sewer treatment plant of daily production 3400 M3/Day capacity for the irrigation system.
• Responsible for drawing, material submittal, sub-contractor submittals, method of statement, materials inspection with respect to specification, Data sheet, material approval and quality plan for HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, sanitary (sewer) system, Irrigation system, centralized drainage system, MV & LV system, telecommunication, street lighting, traffic signal, storm water pump station.
• Responsible for the over-all implementation of Quality Control related to MEP works accordance with project specifications and Engineering Standards.
• Preparation of quality related documents as per client’s requirements such as Quality control plan, Inspection and test plan(ITP), Method statements and related work instructions
• Taking preventive and predictive actions for the non-conformities observed in site.
• Responsible for resolving quality related issues in site, as per the approved procedures.
• Witnessing and sentencing of all site inspections within their disciplines.
• Ensure that all inspection reports are accurate and that all attached documents are current status.
• Conduct internal audit on monthly basis for MEP departments, reporting NCRs to the managements and helping to improve the quality in accordance Standards.
• Ensure all logs are updated, Daily monitoring and progress report on the Construction Activities.
• Coordinate with Client representatives regarding the implementation and quality of works and compliance with all scope and cost specifications.
• Ensured accurate and timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project
• Participated in Client/Contractor meetings and resolved Client/engineering and management project issues.
• Assisting project engineers to submit work inspection report (WIR) documents in timely manner and keep proper log.

Drawing designs of HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, sanitary (sewer) system, Irrigation system, centralized drainage system, Irrigation system, water treatment plant, tunnel ventilation calculations.
Construction of Water Treatment Plant having production of 2X 2400 M3/Day for irrigation water from deep well water.
Coordinating with the survey department and site engineers to track utilities & complete survey drawings as per contractual documents & International Standard like ASME, NFPA, AWWA, ASHRAE and Uniform Plumbing Code.
Assuring quality operations, requesting for clarifications and coordinating with the consultant, whenever required
Co-ordination with other disciplines such as architectural, civil, electrical.
Design project management schematic to detailed design.
Testing, commissioning, handing over, managing operation & maintenance schedule for the all above work.
Ensuring all drawings preparing daily production reports and taking corrective measures in case of discrepancies
Carrying out advance planning for resources, handling manpower deployment and rendering technical support; ensuring execution of projects within time, quality, cost & budgetary parameters.
• Lead and manage a team of Welding Inspectors to support in Quality activities and report every activity (daily task) to QA/QC Manager
• Reviewing and checking of welding procedures for welding Carbon steels, Stainless steels and Alloy steels materials
• Conduct procedure qualification (PQR) test as per welding procedure specification (WPS)
• Organize and conduct welder qualification test as per ASME Section IX and client specifications
• Inspection of electrodes, filler wires and gas used for welding
• Control welding consumables and documents
• Visual Inspection of pipe fit up and weld joints and reject/accept as per acceptance criteria of ASME B 31.3
• Visual Inspection of structural members fit up and weld joints as per acceptance criteria of AWS D 1.1
• Monitor preheating prior commencement of welding and inter pass temperatures during the welding
• Monitor performance of the welders on the basis of radiographic inspection and promote corrective action where necessary
• Check final dimension, material traceability, orientation and cleanliness after completion of pipe spool fabrication / structural members
• Coordinate for Non-Destructive examination of welds(RT/UT/MT/PT), pressure tests in accordance with approved procedures and QC plans
• Coordinate for Post weld heat treatment of welds, monitor the heating rate, soaking time and cooling rate during heat treatment
• Liaise with client, Authorized Inspector and Third party
• Prepare inspection test plans and Preparation of project welder performance/rejection report
• Coordinate technical queries with project management team on daily basis
