• Develop and implement a comprehensive Project Quality Plan aligned with company objectives and client specifications.
• Facilitate awareness training for the project team on quality requirements, roles, and responsibilities.
• To review Tender scope and list out client requirements, verify Applicable standards, any specific quality requirements, method of Advance NDT etc.
• To ensure provisional scope Impact, Resources, cost Impact, Quality Management system (QMS) requirements
• Any Technical clarification and conflict of interest shall be verified All requirement of Management/Quality / Execution department feedback shall be shared to Estimation department for Tendering purpose.
• Regular client discussion through various discipline like Shutdown Manager, Quality Head, Process, Operation, planning and Execution Team.
• To co-ordinate with planning department and ensure Inspection schedule frequency, Time duration, Testing coverage (NDT, ECT, IRIS, Hydro Test etc..), Repair welding etc...,
• Advance Review, Analysis and ensure Quality requirements for Provisional scope, if client confirmed during shutdown.
• Determine and allocate QA/QC manpower based on bidding estimates and site feasibility requirements.
• Organize and lead kick-off meetings and pre-inspection sessions with manufacturers and vendors
• Review material criticality specification and inspection requirements to ensure quality interventions are met.
• Evaluate vendor offers and technical bids to guarantee compliance with project-specific requirements.
• Reviewing various Engineering deliverables such as project specification, drawings as per relevant FEED document, Qatar Energy corporate standards, Shell DEP standards, and International Codes
• Conduct continuous monitoring and verification of quality standards throughout the project.
• Oversee the Procurement Quality Surveillance Plan, ensuring compliance across all vendors and sub-vendors.
• Implement vendor surveillance and procurement inspections to ensure contract compliance throughout manufacturing.
• Coordinate with third-party inspections to ensure adherence to approved inspection and test plans.
• Contribute to the preparation of project management review reports and maintain follow-up on action items.
• Review supplier inspection reports ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Administer a project-specific audit schedule and manage non-conformance resolution processes.
• Promote quality management by executing QA/QC procedures in line with company policies
