Provide Retail Banking Solutions to more than 400 companies’ and handle portfolios of clients for a bank that has a robust financial position and enjoy strong credit ratings. The Bank is listed on the Qatar Exchange and was the first Qatari bank to list its Global Depositary Receipts, as well as bonds, on the London Stock Exchange.
• Managing a portfolio of major corporate relationships to achieve given budget within the Wholesale Banking in my portfolio.
• Developing the Account Plans and Strategy for clients in my wholesale portfolio to increase the revenue.
• Responsible for the complete client relationship by retaining and expanding a specific book of business, maintaining knowledge of the intricacies of each account or relationship needed to deliver superior service to Bank clients.
• Manages and develops profitable book of business by designing and implementing various strategies based on the needs, goals and fiduciary requirements of each client relationship.
• Responsible for understanding all banking and financial needs of relationship clients including all products and services offered by the Bank and collaborates with various business partners to help ensure an integrated and seamless approach to exceeding the needs of the client.
• Controls and minimizes potential risks through proactive relationship management and thorough knowledge of compliance and risk management.
• Keeps current on applicable laws and regulations in tandem with Bank and Divisional policies and procedures.
• Ensures effective working relationships with all internal partners and associates.
• Timely comprehensive credit review and approval of Personal Banking credit proposals to ensure:
(1) Correctness of documentation and/or approvals.
(2) Compliance with laid down /approved policies & procedures of the bank & relevant regulations /directives of Qatar Central Bank (QCB).

Provide Employee Banking Solution to more than 100 companies’ and handle payroll portfolios of clients for a bank that operates in many of the world's fastest growing markets, and derives over 90 per cent of its profits from the emerging trade corridors of Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

• Initiate, formulate, agree, and implement business strategies pertaining to Trade Finance, financial institutions, deposit mobilization, and business lending, to achieve quality business growth.
• Meet / exceed budgets for revenue and profitability whilst maintaining and improving portfolio quality.
• Cultivate, foster, and develop customer relationships.
• Develop and grow the Employee Banking Solutions (EBS) Business by managing a portfolio of companies, empanelling new companies, and acquiring new asset product backed payroll customers.
• Manage a team of Senior Sales Officers, EBS who would also be responsible for managing and servicing companies, increasing penetration in these companies, empanelling new companies and acquiring new asset product backed payroll customers.
• Meet the monthly and annual EBS targets for me and the team of Senior Sales Officers.
• Ensuring 'Customer Due Diligence' requirements as prescribed by the bank, as well as all legal and Compliance guidelines are adhered to.
• Manage external stakeholders in the portfolio of assigned companies for the team, and manage internal stakeholders like the Wage Board, EBS Business, Lending, Credit Control Unit, Credit and Operations teams.
• Manage recruitment process end to end, from identification of openings to selection of candidate.
• Maintain strictest adherence to all Sales Governance and HR related aspects within the team.

• To achieve Payroll acquisition plans and cross sell targets for the Payroll segment Customers.
• Responsible for acquisition, growth and development of payroll business through provision of high value added, relationship based sales and service.
• To ensure “Know Your Customer” requirements as prescribed by the bank are duly adhered to. All the legal and compliance guidelines provided by the bank are adhered to.
• Build relationship with key referral partners within the bank to ensure constant and quality lead flow as well as quality cross-sales.
• Liaise with dedicated service team to ensure that all individual customer queries are dealt promptly.
• Am responsible for delivering service to customers that is synonymous with the customer brand experience being promoted by the organisation.
