- Steered the Oracle ERP Project efficiently, starting from the conceptualization of the project, aligning it with the company’s vision etc. by running a team of 30+ employees from different grades and 20+ consultants and the management / stake-holders.
- Elevated the IT department from the traditional methods to innovative and empowered to cater any business requirements. Within 2 years of joining, the department was nominated for the best department award at group level, for the very first time in the history.
- Ensuring 99.99 % uptime of the critical servers by administering the data center of around 30+ servers (On-Prem / Cloud, Multi brand, Multi technology hardware, different operating systems, applications etc…
- Annual Budget preparations for IT considering all the business & IT requirements through a systematic process. Execution of projects as per the budget, routine monitoring & reporting to the stakeholders (operating an annual IT budget of around AED. 5~6 million). Converting Capex expenses to Opex expenses and vice-versa, based on the business requirements.
- Introduced Redundancy & High Availability concepts, Application Load Balancers, SAN, Ticketing System, Check-lists for routine activities and various other business / IT solutions to enhance the business requirements.
- Some of Key Business Projects completed are - ERP Implementation with different standard & custom modules, Cloud Migrations - Saas & IaaS solutions, Process re-engineering, VAT implementation, Automations on various areas, BI Implementation, DMS Implementations, Chatbot implementation, Conducted Risk Assessments & Mitigated the high-risk items wherever possible, Mobility Solutions like Check-in/Out, Valet Operations etc..

- Executed other key projects like Data-center revamp, Hardware Refreshes, Cloud Migrations, Disaster Recovery Setups, Office 365 Implementation, Security enhancements, Fire Protection System (FM 200) Implementation, Various networking projects, Backup solution enhancements, routine PC & laptop replacement plans, IT Asset management etc.
- Mastering the IT infrastructure & ERP related tickets effectively and affirm that the necessary measures are taken on time. Keeping a very high standard of ticket resolutions - E.g. The ERP complaint ticket resolution is above 95% level and the enhancement ticket resolution is above 90% level.
- Helped to setup an internal Digital Marketing team and acted as a bridge between them and the Management / Sales members to achieve various business requirements. Lead the Digital marketing team for multiple years to achieve the business KPIs continuously and successfully surpassed them.
- Handled multiple website related projects, New Website developments, re-shaping the existing websites, switching the support providers / hosting services for better value additions & for lower cost.
