I am at a mid management level in my team. While there is the responsibility of meeting deadlines for deliverables, I am also balancing my act out in terms of meeting business & revenue targets. Managing profitability for the businesses is a critical aspect of my job role. Mentoring is one of key responsibilities. I have to create an example out of myself for my team members to look up to me.
