• Architected and shipped KlindrOS, a multi-tenant marketing intelligence platform from scratch. Built 26 product
modules including multi-touch attribution, ROI engine, CDP, AppsFlyer mobile attribution, and a GPT-4o AI insights
chatbot.
• Stack: Laravel 11, Next.js 16, PostgreSQL, React Native (Expo). Delivered web, iOS, and Android apps with a
shared backend and multi-tenant data isolation.
• Engineered a real-time analytics pipeline benchmarked at 1.55B events/day on a single VPS with self-healing fault
recovery and circuit breakers.
• Authored a 294-endpoint OpenAPI 3.x specification, a bilingual (EN/ID) 14-module user guide, and a tenant
onboarding QA suite. Anchored Viu (regional OTT) as launch client.

• Built and shipped the Bitunix MarTech Dashboard: a full-stack internal analytics platform (Laravel 13, Next.js 16,
PostgreSQL, Redis, BigQuery) unifying Google Search Console, GA4, and the Bitunix Partner Portal into a 9-stage
conversion funnel.
• Diagnosed and fixed a silent GA4 Data API pagination bug. Campaign visibility expanded from 293 to 1, 791 unique
source/medium/campaign combinations. Recovered 56% of undercounted affiliate signups by fixing NULL-handling
bugs in the Partner API.
• Built a GPT-4o AI report generator in EN/ID/ZH with PDF/DOCX export, eliminating 8+ hours/week of manual
reporting.
• Integrated Anthropic Claude and OpenAI APIs into 3 internal automation workflows. Reduced manual content
production effort by 75%.
• Architected a MarTech stack integrating CRM, GA4, Meta, TikTok, and Twitter Ads with automated UTM tracking and
multi-channel attribution.

• Forked an abandoned Laravel 9 / Filament v2 / Livewire 2 codebase and turned it into a production-grade PM tool:
upgraded PHP 8.2 to 8.3, fixed N+1 hotspots, added authorization on every policy, and translated 53 broken locale
keys.
• Built a REST API of 37 endpoints with Laravel Sanctum, custom API Resources, and a dedicated mobile
broadcasting auth controller, paired with a separate Expo mobile app (React Native, TypeScript) consuming 6
modules.
• Implemented real-time collaboration: Pusher Channels for Kanban moves with bi-directional web-to-mobile sync, a
1-on-1 Messenger (image/video/file paste-drop, link previews, read receipts), and Jitsi Meet self-hosted on a
separate VPS with IFrame API embedding and live transcript to GPT-4o auto-summary on meeting end.
• Designed and shipped an MCP server exposing 14 tools (tickets, discussions, daily reports, lookups) over
Sanctum-scoped mcp:* tokens, compatible with Claude Desktop and Claude Code, plus a self-service admin
MCP-token page.
• Wrote a global Command-K palette spanning navigation, tickets, projects, people, and goals with keyboard
navigation and deep links; built a sidebar accordion, custom theme toggle, image compression on upload, and
dark-mode overrides across Gantt, Kanban, and Tailwind.
• Operated production solo on a Hostinger VPS: Nginx, Lets Encrypt, MySQL, PHP-FPM tuning, PM2 queue workers,
Laravel scheduler via crontab, fail2ban, and a one-command deploy. Executed a full domain migration including DB
rename, SMTP cutover, and Jitsi-domain swap with zero data loss.
• Integrated an AI chatbot grounded in a project knowledge base and PDF docs (RAG-style context), per-user
webhooks, a Gmail SMTP transactional pipeline, customer-feedback public forms (PDF/DOCX attachments up to
25MB), and a versioned changelog page.
