• Respond to employee issues & queries in a timely manner.
• Approval of Leave applications, contracts, offer letters, other various letters related to HR, salary certificates, no objection certificates, Experience certificate, Circulars, Bank letters etc.
• Ensure timely renewal of health insurances of entire group company
• Verification/Review of Employee Master in Oracle HRMS with Personal File
• Timely approval of SSHR requests for entire group employees
• Coordination with PROs and oversee timely arrangement of visit visa, employment visas, housemaid visas, business visas, residence visa renewal, passport renewals, National ID renewals.
• Checking & approval of Leave Settlement & End of Service Settlement.
• Responsible for 4 direct reportees & 7 indirect reportees.
