Duties:

•Collection of new vehicles delivery from dealer, inspection and ensure Service manual, accessories are received as per the delivery note and do the registration procedure, liaise with dealer for warranty repair.
•Updation of vehicles in ERP, Collecting Asset Number from support section and preventive maintenance schedule for new vehicle.
•Coordinating with the sites for requirements and assessing the priorities of requirement, for timely ROP renewal.
•Advising alternate vehicles if requested vehicles are not available in time or arrangement of required vehicles from others sites if available.
•Proper record keeping of mobilization, initializing hire orders if vehicles not available in fleet
•Ensure mobilization of vehicle equipment and return of vehicle in correct recorded manner and with accessories provided and check for misuse and abuse and initiate recovery and disciplinary actions against willful negligence if required.
•Parts to be collected from dealer and dispatched immediately for critical off-roads to sites, assist recovery of accident vehicles from sites to central workshop to prevent down time.
•Coordinating with the sites related to deployment and return of vehicles from sites and overseeing the regular updation of ERP of Deployment and dehire.
•Monitor revenue and expenditure of vehicles equipments on a monthly basis, recommend management to discard the fleet which are uneconomical for repairs.
•Verify possession and validity of test certificates and permits for the required vehicles.
•Repeat repairs to be tracked and analyzed.
•Physical verification of fleet to be done yearly.
