With I.B.S Stage Sets Events Organizing LLC Dubai -Company is working in Event Services,
Event Planning business activities.
Handling Shipment clearance and documentation with clearing agents and Bank
▪ Preparing costing for items from foreign shipment and Local purchase
▪ Accounts Payable-Invoice booking with PO, ageing, reconciliation and payment as per payment
terms
▪ Preparation of Cash and cheque deposit to bank and reporting to Mgt
▪ Insurance checking for customers through co face and customer creation and validation
▪ Handling Petty cash and reconciliation of PRO expenses and other bills
▪ Bank reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation
▪ Preparation Utility payments and other rental charges like vehicle hiring, Storage&Warehouse
▪ Customer reconciliation and generating ageing and follow up for payment
▪ Preparing daily Cash flow
▪ Month end closing
▪ Preparation of payroll and uploading file to Bank and money exchange
