*Handled overall business operation of Prism Division & Pharma OTC in Kenya.
• Overall Responsible for Company operation & Business development activities for Entire Country.
• Responsible for Strategic Planning, formation & implementation of marketing strategies to achieve organization goal.
• Ensure Implementation of company strategies by all team members.
• Recruitment, Induction, Training, Counseling & development of team members.
• Achievement of Monthly / Annually Budget of the Country by optimum Utilization of available resources (Human & Promotional Materials) by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skill & product knowledge development.

• Effectively organization of events for product launch, seminars, conferences and experience - sharing round table interaction of key opinion leaders.
• Managing brand sales including sales forecasting, planning, research, product development support, target achievement and channel partnerships.

• Work Analysis of all team members & advise improvement to augment Team performance

Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Pathankot, Nawanshar, Amritsar, Ferozpur, Bathinda.
* Generate revenue for an organisation by managing sales representative team and promote company brands to medical fraternity & chemist. Ensure implementation of company policies by all team member. Ensure timely payment to company from market.
*Joined as a Territory Manager & promoted to Institutional Manager after a span of one year on 18th Aug 2005. Looking after Ludhiana, Chandigarh, Jalandhar, and SBS Nagar with team size of 5 Medical Representatives.
