Maintains service revenues from AMCs etc.
Assist BME Manager to make the specification of New Equipments. Receive new equipment, Verify LPO, the functions, and the Medical test standards, accept/reject the equipments as per the Hospital policies. Assigning Biomedical Numbers to the Equipment for Asset Management System.
Supervise the BME Technician to attend the breakdown call with higher priority for life saving equipments and co-ordinate with them to finish with in the time period for the smooth running of the department as well as the hospital management. Close the request in the asset management system after the completion of the job.
Indenting spare parts and finalizing the indents if necessary. Verify and Accept / Reject the spares coming to the engineering store department from the supplier. Also Test & Accept the Biomedical consumables coming to the engineering store department.
Create Periodic Preventive maintenance Task in the asset management System, and giving instructions to do the job for the concerned technician. Verify the request updating of the technician after completing the job and closing the request with in the time period.
Giving technical training to the apprentice trainees.
Documentation work of Contract equipments.
Routine calibration of all modern medical equipments in the Hospital.
Sound knowledge in SLE 5000 HFO ventilator, Sensor medics HFO 3100.
under maintenance contract with ministry of health.maintenance, repairing, routine calibration and preventive maintenance of different kind of medical equipments.(patient monitors, ventilators, defibrilator, icu central monitoring system, fetal monitors, nerve stimulator, syringe pump, etc.
Maintenance and servicing of patient monitors, ventilators, pulse oximeters, fetal doppler, radiant warmer, infant incubator.etc
