 Identifying, Negotiating & managing Purchase cost & enable effective Vendor Management. Vendor Reconciliation, invoices & agreements, ensuring timely payments,
• Tracking/Verifying staff attendance & leaves. Responsible for Plan for over time work when necessary & maintain O.T. register of staff & worker.
• Accountable for all the utilities including Power, Water and UPS & maintenance of office furniture including procurement of office furniture & equipments etc..
• Interact and coordinate with various outsourced services like Security Services, Printers, Stationery Suppliers, Electrician, Water Suppliers and Travel Agents etc
