Handling company’s claims presentation and documentation with the insurers
Managing the company’s Insurance Portfolio.
Advising company on Insurance matters viz renewal terms, claims presentation etc.
Maintaining due records of Insurance policies along with claims, endorsements etc.
Overlooking the general administration & Coordination of the office.
Handling various Procurements of the company.
Responsible for handling the complete portfolio of company’s biggest client for General Lines (Non-Motor)
Co-ordinate between client & Insurance company for policy renewal - From collecting information from the client to getting the policy documents issued in timely manner.
Working towards enhancing the client’s policies to meet their business requirements.
Handling daily request of policy certificates, amendments & queries from the client.
Answering client queries regarding coverage issues.
Reviewing client’s contract in terms wording & coverage under current policies.
Filing all the documents as per guidelines.
Handling various claims for the client & negotiating claims settlement with the insurer.
Meeting various parties (insurers, adjustor, lawyers etc.) to achieve the required outcome
