- Responsible in preparing the list of equipments and machineries as per job requirement.
- Verifying the project contract, project specifications, method statements and drawings and preparing the key summary of the project milestones.
- Checking the required documentations (Third Party Certificates & etc) of all equipments and machineries before the mobilization.
- Responsible in deploying the manpower needed in the site.
- Responsible in documentations and status update of the mobilizations.
- Responsible in providing the daily & pile report forms before the execution of piling and concreting.
- Arranging a safety and risk assessment meeting to explain the risks.
- Arranging a meeting with the contractor about the daily activities.
- Arranging a meeting with the safety officers about the permits required.
- Checking the verticality and offset of the casing with surveyor.
- Supervising the installation of casing onto pile point given by the surveyor.
- Supervising the drilling of pile point and making a caliper test with third party.
- Supervising the lowering of steel cage as per cut off level, toe level etc.
- Supervising the casting of pile and removing the casing.

- Preparation of preliminary design for shoring systems and piling works as per soil report, drawings, project specification.
- Preparation of Quotation/Offer for shoring systems and piling works with finalizing of shoring systems details and pile design details which are based from the preliminary design.
- Preparation of Method Statement for piling and shoring works.
- Apply related permits to the concerned authority (RTA, Municipality, etc.)
- Preparation of design for approval of related authority.

- Preparation of Drawings, HSE Plan, Lifting Plan, Risk Assessment prior to the commencement of the Project.
- Preparation of Monthly Invoices based on the project work done at site.
- Attend meetings and manage Client/Main Contractor relationship.

- Designing of reinforced concrete structures.
- Designing of reinforced concrete systems subjected to vertical and lateral loads.
- Observing of designs and calculations of the slabs, beams,
columns, earthquake, staircases and foundations.
- Drawing with AutoCAD and Sta4CAD.
- Helping team members with their tasks.

- Cleaning and rolling sheets, blankets, towels etc. and distributing them to different departments.
- Housekeeping at night.
- Attendant of all pool area ( gym, game area, indoor pool, outdoor pool, saunas and toilets).
- Attendant of all lobby area.
- Monitoring and maintaining the safety of customers.
