Housekeeper - Housing and now promoted to Housekeeping Manager - Staff Housing my responsibilities, under the direction of the Director of Human Recourse and Director of Housekeeping supervise all Housekeeping operations in Staff Housing, Executive Villa and related areas. As well as well maintenance an exceptional level of cleanliness in all public areas, back of house and related areas and to provide efficient, consistent quality and proactive service to all our Internal Guest.
To support the hotel's efforts to minimize housing cost and internal guest satisfaction and to supervise all Housing team members to ensure brand standards/EXCEED ratings are maintained and increased
Supervising all Housekeeping Operation
i - Housekeeping Supervisor 1 Feb, 2008 to 26 March 2011
Promoted to Housekeeping Supervisor in this 583 rooms 4 star property. My responsibilities to under the direction of the senior supervisor, Assistant executive housekeeper and executive Housekeeper to supervise all Housekeeping operations and employees in guest bedrooms, bedroom corridors and related areas, and to provide efficient, prompt, courteous, consistent quality and proactive service to all our guests.
To daily inspect the work of Housekeeping staff on the floors and to maintain effective communication with the Housekeeping Desk Coordinators at all times to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness in all bedrooms, bedroom corridors and related area is maintained at all times and that staff is working in the correct area at all times.
Responsible for Lost & Found handling (Maintain logbook, locker and safe) make record of claim and unclaimed items. Valuable items are informed to Assistant executive housekeeper and executive housekeeper. To make weekly duty roster, daily duty allocation and Staff training schedules for room attendant, public area attendant and supervisors. Receive record, dispatch and follow up on requests made by guests, housekeeping staff or other departments. Make job order for engineering concern, as well as to take care of the general office administration within the housekeeping department.
