Check daily transactions for Account Payable.
Check payment issued and update bank book.
Check monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly creditor aging analysis report.
Perform data entry in Tally.ERP9 system for accounting transactions.
Prepare General Ledger journal and verify all data entries for AP, AR and GL.
Prepare and update accounting and audit schedules.
Update monthly management and financial report.
Monitor inventory level includes provision for slow moving stocks and materials usage.
Update Fixed Asset schedule.
Monthly Physical verification of stock.
Payroll Management.
Preparation of monthly creditors’ reconciliation
Maintaining monthly tax (VAT, TDS) record and payment as well.
Review and verify all invoices, payment and journal entries
Ensure efficiency, accuracy, completeness and data integrity of all financial data
Perform any other duties as and when required by the management
Assist and supervise entire activities in Accounts Department
Responsible in ensuring proper filing of all Company's financial documents.
Perform any other adhoc duties assigned by superior
Preparation and analysis of financial statements, Bank reconciliation
statements, Monthly and annual accounting reports.
Preparation and analysis of accounting statements and reports
Inventory management and others etc.
Using Tally ERP.9 for data entry and accounting adjustment.
Keeping Accounting records.
Maintaining VAT and tax record.
