• Managed all operations right from order execution, Dispatch and making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time and development of Transportation systems

• As a Sr.Manager, OCL Bengal Cement Works, Rajgangpur (Odisha); led appointment of transporters, freight negotiation & finalization, Distribution & Transportation and successfully implemented SAP in modules like SD.
• Development of distribution & Transportation systems.
• Transport Management that includes transport planning for day to day distribution of products & truck tracking
• Supply Chain procedures with marketing department and priority selection as per the demand of the market
• Arranging for supplier outstanding payment by following up with the finance department on regular basis
• Raising purchase invoices based on the GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and submission of the same to the FINANCE department for their records
• Arranging transportation for the items to be shipped to end customer while negotiating with transporter wherever FTL (Full Truck Load) is applicable
• Heading site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations.
• In charge of Overall management of order execution, Dispatch and making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time and development of Transportation systems.
• Managing right from the sales orders entry till dispatch of the ordered equipment to the customer’s site
• Coordinating with the Marketing Department regarding any commercial issues which needs to be addressed with customer before executing the order
