The project involves construction of 3 towers of which 2 will be office towers (T1 and T2) and the other one is hotel tower. T1 will comprise a ground floor and 15 additional floors while T2 will comprise a ground floor and 24 additional floors.
Responsibilities :
• Supervises planning/Costing activities and supervises the efforts to establish Cost / Time milestones for all types of packages (engineering, construction, etc.)
• Supervises cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
• Supervises schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities. Supervises the preparation and presentation of Cost estimates.
• Supervises the preparation and presentation of Project Risk analysis.
• Identifies, analyzes, and provides innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning scheduling problems.
• Provides generally non routine cost engineering planning and scheduling guidance to projects.
• Development of project execution schedules (Tender & Base Line), meeting Company and Client quality expectations through the application of the Client corporate procedures and standards and business unit PEM execution.
• Ensure programs are structured in line with agreed WBS standard work codes and PEM guidelines.
• Preparation of critical path project programs at a level of presentation, suitable for conveying an understanding of the
