▪ Plan and manage budget estimation process according to defined scope anticipating any future budget challenges for (Saudi ARAMCO - Governmental - private) projects.
▪ Attending the Job Explanation/Pre-Bid meeting arranged by the Client/Consultant to study about the project requirements, Contract, Scope of Work, and Specifications.
▪ Attend and Lead all periodical meeting with estimation team and other departments’ team to evaluate the technical department performance.
▪ Manage any conflicts that may arise during bidding process and empower and support team performance.
▪ Allocate time to mentor and coach team members to raise the abilities of the team and increase their knowledge.
▪ Identify any inconsistent issues, conflicts, and other problems in the bid documents.
▪ Build shared understanding by preparing RFI and inquiries sent to the Client/Consultant to confirm and collect any missing data.
▪ BIM Modeling using Autodesk REVIT to produce accurate material take-off.
▪ Studying bidding project requirements and its impact on price to meet project objectives.
▪ Describes the procurement item in sufficient detail and distribute it to potential sellers.
▪ Evaluate seller's quotation and their capability to provide the service with compliance to project specification.
▪ Develop detailed BOQ reflecting all work packages defined in the project scope.
▪ Reviewing conditions of contract to be aware of all contractual obligations.
▪ Coordinating with the Planning Manager to prepare the tender project planning program incorporating the time schedule for completion of construction activities.
▪ Prepare value engineered offers as revised offer for bidding projects.
▪ Negotiate project agreements by analyze the bounds of negotiation, assess priorities and determine negotiation strategy.
