Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervision of the subcontractors (Orascom Foundation) that Responsible for BP#110 (Sheet Piles Driving).
- Supervision the site laboratory (CEL).
- Ensuring the QA/QC inspection, testing & calibration with requirements of the contract.
specifications & relevant standards.
- Prepare and approve Mix design of concrete according to standards.
- Responsible for reviewing & M.R.R & giving approvals to the respective contractor for the same.
- Raising, Issuing Non-Conformance Reports for the sub-standards works or materials.
- Responsible for reviewing the testing of materials for the compliance as specified in Contract Documents, codes
such as ASTM, British standards, ACI, AASHTO & Egyptian standards.
- Inspecting & checking the executed works to insure the quality of work and giving clearance for proceeding further
for the same.
