Responsible for preparation of oral Products ( Direct mix, Dry granulation and wet granulation )
- Responsible for tool manufacturing.
- Responsible for all preparation machines ( VG, Glatt, Fette, coater )
- Responsible for Capsules filling machines ( IMA & haro )
- Supervision in dispensing rooms
- Responsible for Blistering machines Klöckner Types ( CP3 - Cp400 ) ( 4 machines ), Marchisine Machines ( 3 machines ) , Hoonga machines ( 2 ) & Uhlman
- make daily report and send it to Head section, supervisor and production manager.
- Make all IPC tests on tablets, Capsules and Strips
- follow up weekly plan and achieve this plan.
- follow up 5 product Specialists and 50 technicians and 17 machines.
- Follow up the change of bunches in machines.
- try new PVC, PVDC and aluminium from new suppliers.
- try new products with R&D team
- follow up the maintenance of machines.
- finish batch records.
- finish batches in oracle system.
- give some trainings to technicians (GMP & SOP`S).
- follow up the approvals of products to blister them.
- follow up the weights of batches.
- reduce the loss of PVC, PVDC and aluminium for each batch (cost reduction) .
- participate in new project (develop the bunch of Virecta product to make 6 strips in one time instead of 3 strips) which lead to reduce the batch time from 16 hours to 8 hours only.
- participate in validation of new machines and rooms.
- follow up the packaging unit to finish batches and batch record.
- making good sort for raw materials, batches, drums and baskets in the unit (lean manufacturing).
- follow up the safety issues in the unit.
- Responsible for Blistering machines Klöckner Types ( CP3 - Cp400 ) ( 4 machines ) and Marchisine Machines ( 3 machines )

- follow up the maintenance of machines.
- give training to technicians (SOP`S for machines).
- follow up the cleaning of the unit during audits (rooms, machines, floor, roof, HVAC system and air systems).
In Extraction unit :
- make daily report and send it to Head section, supervisor and production manager.
- follow up weekly plan and achieve this plan.
- follow up30 technicians and 8 machines.
- Make new Batch record for new area.
- make new SOP`S for new area.
- make cost reduction in raw material of batches.
- finish batch records.
- finish batches in oracle system.
- give some trainings to technicians (GMP & SOP`S).
-evaluate the technicians and give them annual increase.
- making good sort for raw materials, batches, drums and baskets in the unit (lean manufacturing).
- deliver batches to warehouse on oracle system
1- In Solid unit :
- make daily report and send it to Head section, supervisor and production manager .
- follow up weekly plan and achieve this plan .
- follow up22 technicians and 4 machines .
- Follow up the change of bunches in machines .
2- In Semisolid unit :
- prepare batches in Unimix machine (creams & ointment) .
- follow up the filling of Batches (Norden machines) .
- follow up Batch record and log books .
- finish the batch record .
- finish batches on oracle system .
- follow up the maintenance of machines .
3- In Extraction unit :
- make daily report and send it to Head section, supervisor and production manager
- follow up weekly plan and achieve this plan
- follow up30 technicians and 8 machines
- Make new Batch record for new area
- make new SOP`S for new area
- make cost reduction in raw material of batches
