ACT (Advance Construction Technologies) TEDESCHIA CONSTN. ENTP. -Working in Qatar Arm Forces SSC Project as a Construction Manager (MEP)as a Main Design & Built Contractor (EPIC Proj.) from October, 2020 to till date for the whole Project, comprising of Data Centre of 1000 Racks, Cyber Security Building, Head Quarter, IT & Communication Centre, Army Accommodation with Auditorium, Kitchen, Prayer Hall, Training Centre, Operations & Control rooms, Monitoring & Control rooms, Sports Complex with Swimming Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Security Gate, Multipurpose Sports Complex, prayer Hall etc.
Responsibility: In-charge of Design, Procurement, Installation, T & C with O & M of:
1. HVAC with CHW with Primary & Secondary CHW pumps, Piping, accessories & Instrumentation, CPM (Chillers Plant Master), Buffer Tank & DX systems for the AHU, FAHU, FCU, Ducted split units, Package Units, CRAH Units, CRAC Units, Split Units, Dehumidifiers etc.
2. Water Supply. Irrigation& drainage.
3. Fire Detection & Protections Network with Fire Pump, FM200, VESDA & ANSUL Systems etc.
4. Power, Earthing, Lightning & LCS: 11 KV 10- nos. of Sub-Stations Design follow up, KM Approval, Installation, T& C, Protection of 11 KV for the MV, 415 V LV Panels, Transformers, DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC, ATS, STS, EDB, UPS & Battery Rack with Charger, UDP, Bus Duct Network, Panel. 100% DG Backup with Fuel System network for the Individuals Power System & automatic Changeover.
5. ELV Systems like BMS, DCIMS. EMS, PMS, PLC, SMATV, CCTV, Security System, Time Distribution, PAVA Systems & Structured Cabling Sys for the Data & Telecom, Road Blocker, Car Barrier, Mantrap, UVSS, Hydraulic Systems and Fiber & ELV Centralized Network etc.
6. Attending Progress Meetings Technical & Management Meetings with Client & Consultant, SC Meetings, Vendors Meetings. Project -Close outs & HO with DLP.
QP District Fit out Podium Project: Sr.Manager-Aug, 2019- July, 2020 forMEP Installation &Testing & Commissioning with Handing over from August, 2019-August, 2020 for Qatar PETROLEUM District Podium FITOUT Project under MEDGULF CONSTRUCTION-as a Main Contractor (EPIC Proj.) & AEB as PMC& Supervision Consultant.
Responsibility: In-charge of Project Management, Procurement, Installation, T & C with O & M of:
1. Power system, CBS, Lighting control system, Normal Lighting & Emergency Lighting etc.
2. HVAC & Chilled water system, Ventilation systems, drainage, water supply,
3. ELV Systems BMS, Instrumentation, ELV, Fire Alarm & fire fighting, CCTV, ACS, Structured cabling, Control system for Auditorium, Cafeteria.
4. TSE, RO Plant with Process & relevant control system.
5. End User training Management by Specialist, Commissioning Progress tracking, DLP Maintenance & Operations etc. Managing all documentation with Specialist & third Party.
6. Quality, Engineering, Red Line Mark up drawings, OM Manual, Commissioning Manual, SPIR,
7. Project Closeout, Project Dossiers & Hand Over.
Working as a Manager-MEP Installation and Testing & Commissioning with Operations & HO as a Main Design & Built Contractor(EPIC Proj.) from December, 2018-July, 2019 for PWA.
Responsibility:
1. 1000 m - Tunnel MEP, Sub-Station Installation, Testing & energization (TVS, MEP, Fire, Drainage, Water Supply etc.)
2. Electrical, ELV, Lighting & related Control with HMI & Photo Luminous meter & ITS with SCADA Integration) - 2-nos. 11 KV. Substations-KM Approval, Procurement, Installation, Testing. Protection, Energization, Operations of 11 KV MV, 415 V LV Panels, Transformers, DB, SMDB, MDB, MCC, ATS, UPS & Battery Rack with Charger, UDP etc.
3. MEP & Fire Pump room, Tunnel Operation & control, Close outs, O & M.
4. Equipment Installation, Quality, Engineering, SAT Procedure, ITP, O & M Manual, T & C, Spare Parts List, AB drawings, Emergency Incident Operations & control, Documentation Controls, attending Progress Meetings, Technical Meetings with Client & Consultant.
1- year 4-months in Platform Screen Door Construction, interfacing with Civil, Handing Over clearance for Installation from Civil, Trial Operation, Handing Over of Containment to Cable Installer, Logistic & Materials Management Lead for Doha Metro -Ph-1.
