🔸Job Responsibilities-:


🔹Myself Biswaprakash Parida . I am from India. Presently I am working With INDEPENDENT FOOD CO. LLC, Dubai As Restaurant Operation Manager.

🔹Make a system to the maximum guest is happy or satisfied with the food and service which we provide in the restaurant.
To achieve excellence in food & service and good feedback from the guest, give proper training to staff, Motivate them for their self-improvement which is good for them and the company also.

🔹I have a great knowledge of P&L to view and doing follow up on controllable access and to achieve the targets and to control many more things to increase profitability.
🔹Always get connected with social media like Facebook, Instagram about a variety of foods we have and on marketing websites like Zomato, Talabat regularly check and increase the brand standard by rating and positive feedbacks by the guest for making a brand value of the restaurant.
🔹As a manager checking continuously that the food is as per standard and with proper portion size and garnishing.
🔹Contacting with the vendors for the supply of the goods and checking the quality for what we paying its same or no on a continuing basis and maintain the par level stock in restaurant.
Mainly controlling the cost of the restaurant and increase more profitability for the owner by reducing food cost, labor cost, etc.
🔹Checking continuously inventory report and maintain par stock in the restaurant to run the operation smooth and get connected with the supplier.
🔹I have an excellent knowledge of IT system about menu update, Prize changes or to check the reports from the system of POS.
Maintaining staff records, duty schedules, Payroll, and annual leave plan for the staff.
🔹Maintain restaurants job card report for grease strap, pest control report and staff’s health report and all legal requirement by the government.
🔹Oversee employee work in front and back of house to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and food safety guidelines.

🔹Administered daily operations to ensure policies were adhered to and understood by sales staff, cultivated strong business relationships with customers to drive business development.

🔹Planned and executed floor merchandising initiatives in collaboration with merchandise management, Ensure store is prepared for internal audits through analysis of quality assurance and inventory statistics.

🔹Perform facility walk-throughs to assess cleanliness and preparedness at beginning and end of shifts.


🔹Complete restaurant opening and closing procedures and manage deposits, produce monthly reports detailing sales trends and forecasts.

🔹Consistently exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets while maintaining costs and keeping employee turnover law, Met or exceeded sales goals for every single month.

🔹Created social media presence to improve marketing and develop customer outreach strategies.

🔹Continually monitored restaurant for service, food, and cleanliness issues.

🔹Developed new training programs for food handling that improved health score to-98.

🔹Optimized profits with proactive control of employee workloads, vendor costs, and food waste.
