• Handled the plant operation including production of materials, demand planning, purchasing and order dispatch to the customers by the help of ERP systems in the newly opened plant at Dhulagarh.
• Managed 100-130 staff members tasked with handling materials management, planning, and purchasing & customer service duties.

• Managed four Jiomart mother hubs consisting of 10 supervisors and 75 workers covering the eastern West Bengal region.
• Managed and supervised the four mother hubs to maintain inventory, put away, order management & safety KPIs of the warehouse by using ERP system.
• Trained the warehouse supervisors and workers through various training modules provided by Jio on process excellence, order management and damage reconciliation.
• Continuously monitored the performance of all four mother hubs and provided the required corrective measures for further improvement in order delivery performance.
• Worked with head of operation eastern region for auditing all the hubs of jiomart of West Bengal region to analyses their performance, adherence to follow all warehouse KPIs and presented final report to the jiomart central team at Mumbai.
• Rewarded for delivering operational and service growth in eastern West Bengal region in the 2nd and 3rd quarters of FY2022.
• Managed four micro-warehouses with nearly 100 workers & 6 supervisors all over the Kolkata region.
• Trained & supervised warehouse-in-charges so that the entire warehouse team performs timely inbound and outbound & maintained proper inventory counts.
• Tracked & maintained various reports like MIS reports for vehicles used by workers inbound and outbound, SLA reports for order delivery status using companys erp system, performance reports of warehouses and P&L reports for all the resources used in warehouses.
• Handled the installation projects of elevators for the pan-Odisha region.
• Managed a team of 5-10 Service Executives, collectively working on project planning, set up and implementation.
• Supervised various tasks such as elevator maintenance, electrical circuitry maintenance or breakdown of lifts according to customer needs.
