Ensure smooth operation & maintenance of production machinery, HVAC system, chiller, Boiler, Purified water system.
Good commands on installation works of HVAC system (Chiller, AHU, duct sizing, pipe sizing, & Clean Class) production machinery, air compressor ETP.
Prepared yearly maintenance schedule & Execution of maintenance program of utility & production machineries.
Prepare & update SOP for production machine as well as utility as and when required.
Perform validation work such as Calibration, qualification of H VAC system, validation of compressed air system, periodic qualification of HVAC system, IQ, OQ, PQ of production machinery as well as utilities.
Update engineering spares parts inventory and provide emergency support from stock enhance to reduce breakdown loss time.
Maintenance register book or log book of production machinery as well as utilities.
Responsible for communicate with local & foreign supplier for process & utility machine & Spare parts, also for local fabrication works.
Responsible for monitoring of ETP, Plant waste management system.
Carry out training to engineering personnel as well take part various GMP training etc.
Prepare pest control schedule & follow up in factory premises & responsible for Incineration of solid wastage through third party.
Daily site safety inspection to detect unsafe Condition and practice in ongoing projects & non-routing works at factory premises.
