DUTIES:
•Managing front and Back of house staff through the setup of schedule.
•Maintaining good guest relations through guest interaction.
•Performing weekly stock takes and updating the systems for effective cost management.
•Performing monthly inventory counts.
•We use the MICROS system.
•Maintaining of restaurant and equipment. Making sure that everything is running correctly and arranging for maintenance when needed.
•Having good communication lines between management on the day to day running of the store to ensure teamwork and accountability at all times.
•Have been in charge of running two restaurants(full operations) daily as well as two kiosks for the last 5 months.
Was a senior manager at Eastwood's cocktail bar and Restaurant where daily operations were run by myself and 5 other managers.
Assistant Manager at Texas Roadhouse, also have a professional training certification certificate from Texas Roadhouse.
