Provide submission drawing from mall tenant designer as design concept drawing, to be submit to the land lord design guidance to review detail design with compliance in civil defense regulations.Provide IFC or Issue for construction drawing, as per revision or design feedback, approved by land lord. In compliance with mall requirements regulations IFC drawings such as: shop front, signage light box, section & details, elevations, furniture & fittings, service and safety, materials finish, flooring details and screed details, water proofing. Provide coordinated MEP drawing from subcontractor to be coordinated with tenant design drawing such as: reflected ceiling, electrical lighting and power layout, telephone, CCTV and data layout, HVAC duct, vent, firefighting, fire alarm layout and emergency light etc. conduct inspection in site on daily basis to check the architectural and id details execution currently made by contractor to be full conformity with the plans and with the design set for the Shop.
Responsible for effectively working, as part of the drafting team to deliver high quality drafting services. Prepare detail manufacturing drawings, design layout. Produce detailed drawings of design project to show craftsman exactly what I to be done. Drawings such as plan, top section plan, section and elevation and cutting list in metal, carpentry, glass, finish etc. & isometric assembly parts in sketch-up. 3D renderer using Autodesk 3dsmax and V Ray, as the company under Renovations.

Work Description: Understand the concept and initial design intent, and apply this into 3D renderings, Visualization presentation for the client. Provide detail manufacturing drawings, which meets their need. Perform site inspection for actual Dimension, Prepare final drawings According to the approve standards and terms of the company and Client.
Prepare architectural drawings (Manual drafting and AutoCAD drafting) and contract documents.
Assist in architectural conceptualization and presentation. Perform site inspection, visitation and field works if required.
