- Providing customer technical service activation, operation and 12hr/7d rotational support shift for Triple-Play services (IPTV, High speed Internet, and Phone) via visit, phone and/or CRM ticket system in company’s residential compounds.
- Representing Triple-Play services and providing training to end user.
- Running the tests required to customer cabling systems to avoid/resolve the issues that have impact on services performance.
- Monitoring alarms & test quality of services (TV, Internet & Phone) delivery to all clients. And acting towards rectification of faults.
- Reviewing Power system components & notifications (Identify source of the power issue & execute power basic procedures to fix it).
- Shadowing in: Set up, configuration and monitoring Data Centre Equipment’s including GPON FTTH Access Network, enterprise monitoring tools like PRTG, OP Manger and Elastix VOIP server integrated with Microsoft CRM server.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction through performing all assigned tasks promptly and actively.
