Assists the Manager in the supervision, administration, operation/maintenance and control of all premises, assets, and facilities. Including HQ/Accommodation, Retail Shops, Transportation services, overseas orders and purchases, collating and contriving build projects upon completion as per instruction of the manager.

Develops and implements policies, procedures, and practices relating to the achievement of goals and objects relating to Facilities Management matters.
Prepares contracts of implementing Facilities Management programs, keeping all records up to date; gathering and analyzing statistics.
Assisting the Senior Manager in the regular inspections of Starlink facilities for maintenance deficiencies, safety and security concerns.
Prepares daily activity reports and monthly reports. Assists in the preparation of presentations and other reports required by the department.
Check Contractor’s invoices and verifies rates and quantities billed. Allocates charges to appropriate cost centers. Obtains approval on Invoice Registration and Payment Voucher.
Compilation of tender documents, tender management, formation and administration of contracts. Ensure good relationship with suppliers and build and maintain relationship with key vendors. Oversee development and updating of the tendering plan and schedule. Bid evaluation. Perform the commercial evaluation of bids and engage in negotiations. Coordinate technical evaluation.
Perform final recommendations and oversee preparation of presentation to Tender Committees. Member/Secretary of the Tender Committee.
