Monitoring and managing the Retail consumer credit portfolio through the     effective execution of strategies, processes and procedures.

v Identify and effectively manage Retail consumer weak credit assets to minimize credit losses

v Attending to client queries of credit administration nature.

v Credit administration - MIS and reporting

v Developing new loan products in the system and continuously checking that product parameters                        in the system are as initially set.

v Monitoring existing loan products to ensure that they consistently behave in the manner as previously set.

v Working closely with Information Technology (IT) to ensure that loan portfolio reports are available from the system for all stakeholders to adopt.

v Representing the department on all credit related systems that will be adopted by all lending units.
