- End to end administrator of Learning Management System (LMS)-Cornerstone for 10000+ employees. Manage users, create sessions, update attendances, configure L1, L2 and L3 feedbacks, report configurations, dashboards and content management.
- Produce key insights and maintain reports on budget utilization, training hours, compliance training, training need analysis, feedback analysis, No Shows, target learning hours and certifications for over 9000 employees. Calculate and disseminate Learning and Development (L&D) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to all stakeholders.

- Conduct L&D Induction sessions for all new hires.
- Spearheaded and delivered an organization-wide L&D initiative for 8, 000 associates.
- Compiled departmental artifacts and acted as the liaison for the L&D department during internal and external audits.
- Lead audit periodic assessments which includes Service Continuity drills, service improvement plans, Configuration management audits, skill assessments, corrective action Preventive Action(CAPA), Root Cause Analysis(RCA) for the department.
- Continuous Service Improvement - Periodic review of process and suggest process improvements to the management.
- HR Policy Analysis - This was a 5 members team project. Reviewed and analyzed approximately 50 HR policies to prepare a summary for presentation to the HR Director, along with recommendations for potential enhancements. The HR policies was delivered across multiple sessions to more than 200 HR team members as part of policy check-in sessions.
