• Processing and generating payroll through ERP.
• Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
• Obtaining approval from the upper management for payments required.
• Calculating the amounts understanding the earnings, overtime and statutory deductions in the payroll software system as per the laws and procedures.
• Collecting and sorting of payroll inputs.
• Updating payroll records by reviewing and constructive changes adhering to the SLAs.
• Resolving payroll discrepancies.
• Responsible for:
o Handling end to end IT Recruitment.
o Sourcing, screening and selecting the profiles as per the job description and specification from various job portals.
o Conducting initial interviews and filtering the candidates for open positions.
o Maintaining follow ups on the interview status and till the joining of the candidates.
• On-boarding the new hires.
• Managing pre and post joining formalities.
• Issuing the offer / appointment letter and in charge of the documentation for on-boarding, confirmation, resignation, acceptance and experience letters.
• Assisting in employee retention and development.
Project Title: "Designing of Job Analysis Manual."
Understanding and preparing of Job Analysis questionnaire for manager level employees as per the job description and job specification.
Converting questionnaire into Job Analysis template for work simplification and to support Personnel activities.
Other Responsibilities:
Conducting and coordinating for providing various trainings to the employees and assisting to create training calendar.
Assisting and conducting surveys of the employees for analysis of performance appraisal and management.
