Oversee total facility to ensure to not get lost electrical power.
Daily monitoring of RMU, MDB Panels, Sub-panels, record data, and analysis to avoid posible
interruptions.

transformers, ATS, Generators to ensures redundancy levels N, N+1 ) are maintained.
Responsible to monitor & maintain HVAC system, CRAC unts DX type. Site scan system to
maintained ASHRAE temperature and humidity, airflow, cold/hot aisle performance.
Fire protection & life safety- ensures proper operation of FM200 fire suppression system,
extinguishers, & emergency system. Exercise fire drills & safety audit.
Data center infrastructure management-ensures continuous availability of diesel generators,
ATS, fuel system. Load testing performed once a month, UPS battery discharge test conducted
once a year.
Preventive & corrective maintenance- arrange & execute PPM schedule for electrical,
mechanical, & civil works.
Vendor & contractor management - manage service provider ( HVAC, electrical, fire, cleaning,
security ) review service reports & performance compliance.
Documentation- daily facility logs, incident, root causes analysis method of statement, asset
inventory, & update facility drawings, equipment checklist & maintenance records.
Capacity & resource planning - monitor, analysis of power, cooling, space, ( white space
planning ) for any IT equipment upgrade.
Emergency response & incident management- lead response during power outage, cooling
failures, fire events, water leakage, execute escalation procedures & incident management
protocols.
