•Conceptualize and sketch design plans.
•Provides BOQ and schedule of Materials per project list.
•Undertaking design projects from concept to completion.
•Source materials and products included in plans.
•Create 'mood boards' to sample your design vision.
•Performs other related duties as assigned.
•Proven working experience in decorating interior design spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions).
•Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and additional team members on overall project management.
•Inspect design after completion to determine whether client goals have been met.
•Utilize computer applications (Sketchup and Autocad) in the design process.
•Preparation of Autocad 3d model for accommodation and architectural drawing and structural drawings.
•Hardworking and ability to meet deadlines.
•Prepares shop drawings on modular steel frames, structural framing support such as floor framing, roof framing, elevation section & details including joint details.
•Preparation of all contract drawings. ( architectural, structural, utility system, etc.)
•With long experience in preparation of interior design and fit-out drawing using AutoCAD 2016.
•Report to the Project Manager and update the status of the project.
•Team leader in the preparation of the Interior Exterior drawing package.
•Create architectural design concepts and present them to superiors for review and approval.
•Responsible for effective design coordination of all assigned projects.
•Prepare Bill of Quantities.
•Responsible to prepare MEP services layouts such as exhaust hood, fire suppression,
power supply, gas supply, hot & cold water supply, and floor drains.
•Able to comply with CAD Standards, Design Standards, and Code of Practice. Comply with relevant office standards and safety, legal, ethical and regulatory requirements.
The Bachelor of Science in Architecture being offered is an enhanced five-year program designed to prepare its students to be glocal architects who will contribute to and influence the improvement of the built environment.
