•Supervised a team of site based training managers, professional staff and subcontractors ensuring customer requirements were achieved in line with National standards and targets.
•Collaborated with NVQ governing bodies and Skills Funding Agency to ensure BAE Systems apprentices were fully qualified in the field of engineering and business.
•Established and delivered apprenticeships, advanced apprenticeships and higher apprenticeships.
•Secured funding, distributed funds and reported funds for both BAE Systems business units to the amount of 6M.
