•Providing guidance and leadership for safety programs to assigned company sites
•Creating and implementing corporate safety programs in conjunction with peer group and National Safety Director
•Conducting safety visits on-site on a regular basis, providing feedback and action plans to address areas of concern or training needs
•Working with local, state and federal agencies to administer required programs and respond to identified areas of opportunity
•Driving improvements in KPI’s- General Liability, Workman’s Compensation and Auto accident claims
•Driving a safety culture through engagement and influence with key leaders
•Driving a compliance culture through education and follow up on legal requirements
•Communicating with and leverage regional support staff to achieve results
 Assisting the HSSE Manager in implementation of the company HSSE-management system
 Secretary to Management HSSE Committee
 Liaison with National and International Agencies /Government Departments on HSSE issues
 Collating and analyzing company HSSE statistics
 Accident / Incident Investigations
 Developing / updating HSSE documentation, processes, procedures and manuals for use by various company departments
 Managing the HSSE-MS compliance in the company
 Managing HSSE Training for company staff, subcontractors and suppliers.
 Making insurance claims for accidents and incidents.
