COMPANY PROFILE:
commissioning of system for energy saving using servo motor for hydraulic systems. Machine is making PVC chapels. Machine has 8 moulds and single injector, old system with normal starter and injection motor was transformed to hybrid energy saving servo system. After installation of this system we found an energy saving of 40% saving power.
Responsibility: Design and installation of the control panel. PLC & VFD programming.

Description: Installation energy saving system with PLC and VFD. Earlier system is with star to delta system. VFD is given to adjust speed of compressor motor, pressure is sensor using pressure sensor and compressor speed is adjusted to attain maximum energy saving. To increase life of compressor loading time is increased than unloading time. System was having bypass option also to run in star delta starter to run compressor if anything happens to drive.
Responsibility: Design and supervision of the control panel. Getting the approval for the drawings, PLC programming. HMI development. VFD programming.
•DESIGNED STONE CUTTING MACHINE
Automation Platform : WPL Soft, Mach3.
Description: cut design on big stones used as milestones using diamond blades, using 3 axis interpolated with servo and cutting with VFD controlled blade. System cuts designs in 2D, which is designed in cad and later converted to g code and m code. By loading is this code in mach3 software which is installed in industrial PC. Yasakawa Servo and VFD is given with MACh3 interfacing card. A delta PLC is given for interlocking input and outputs.
Responsibility: Design and supervision of the control panel. Getting the approval for the drawings, PLC programming.

•AUTOMATED BEAR FILLING MACHINE

Description: Is an online filling system. System is having an inward conveyer, filling and capping system and outward conveyer. Main logic is to sense bottle in each vent tube position and hold the capping action. For bottle sensing two proximity sensors is given. System has 60 vent tubes to dispense bear and capping is hold by a pneumatic cylinder. Capping is done by sensing bottle presence in 60 bottle position. Filling is done by back pressure adjustment. Cap level is adjusted with magnetic cap holder and locking actuator. System uses delta make SV PLC and Schneider make GXO3502 HMI for interface and ATV32 VFD for adjusting speed of main system Responsibility: Design and supervision of the control panel. Getting the approval for the drawings, PLC programming. HMI development. Supervision of the field wiring. Commissioning of the entire system.
