•Planning and renovation of Desroches Island Seychelles.
•Installation of a 1.5 Megawatt Generator, and all control’s.
•Upgrade of sewage water treatment plant on Desroches island.
•Upgrade Sea waterpumps and RO plants on Desroches Island.
•Re Branding Desroches Island from a private island to a Four Seasons Resort.
•Main Kitchen and In Villa dinning refurbishment including the installation of a drop ceiling and new HACCP approved kitchen flooring.
•Swap out off all Air Conditioners throughout the resort and private residence to new R410a units.
•Installation of Income RMS system for all villas and private residences.

•Expansion of a 50 square meter gym to a 120 square meter gym.

The Al Faisaliah Suites & Hotel consists of 106 luxury suites, with a ladies health club & spa, a men's health club & spa, a 224 room deluxe business hotel as well as the Al Faisaliah Tower consisting of offices and restaurants and the Al Khozama Hotel - a 187 room/suite business hotel with the Al Khozama Center consisting of offices, residences and restaurants; staff housing consists of 500 units, offices and retail; The Annex with 90 units; and 75 management villas.

•Re- Branded from Rosewood Hotels to Al Khozama Management Company.
•Renovation of Al Faisaliah Hotel, working with BMGM.
•Demolition and Construction of Al Khozama centre working with Gensler.
•On an annual basis converted a large banquet space into six live cooking stations and created an ambiance of joy and gathering to host the Ramadan banquet for over 1000 people.
•Wrote the Fire and Evacuation Plan and upgraded the Fire System in the banquet hall and two buildings; ensured fire crew understood of all procedures, equipment, and alarms.
•Opened one of the first female only spas and ensured all amenities were up to five star standards; setup and commissioned systems including steam generation and electrical systems.
•Oversaw a two-month restaurant renovation to create a modern and more visually appealing open concept with other improvements to complete the $100K project on time and on budget.
• Extended an executive elevator shaft and added another floor to a five-star living area by transforming a banquet hall through renovations and upgrades.
•Generated over $330K in monthly revenue by demolishing an underperforming restaurant and rebuilding the space to a meeting/conference center.
•Completed the design and currently tendering the overhaul of the main kitchen and three restaurants.
•In the final stage of refurbishing a storage area to a men’s gym with showers and locker rooms.
