Audio Visual ManagerManager

To whom it may concern; Ali Bohlaiqah has worked as a Student Audio Visual Technician since May 12th, 2008. His responsibilities include assisting PSU students, faculty, and staff with their classroom audio/ visual equipment through scheduling, operating, training, as well as troubleshooting. During his time I have witnessed first hand what an asset that Ali has been to this organization. Ali has continuously approached every question and problem enthusiastically as a learning situation. He seems to have an inherent knack when it comes to both troubleshooting technology issues and training others how to use classroom technology. Ali has an approach to technology that is amazing to behold. I have watched him calm and reassure the most frazzled customer leaving them with a sense of security and certainty about their newly trained abilities. Integrity is the best way that I can surmise Ali's approach to teamwork. He is highly motivated and does all of his work with superb quality and competency. Ali is extremely aware, without prompting, to do what is necessary to ensure that the office is running smoothly. I can only attest this to his seamless coalescence of work and academic experiences. Ali is a motivated, team orientated individual who has an inherent knack for technology of all sorts but particularly with computers. I highly recommend Ali and am happy to provide more details about him if you would like.
