- Develop, deliver, and maintain a complete Livewell Mobile Application product specification, including cross functional business requirements.
- Engaging with business, IT and UX/UI to drive a user- centered product development approach that starts with why?
- Conduct product and market evaluations by keeping up to date with Mobile Application changes and developments in the market

- Providing regular feedback by testing deliverables against a user story's acceptance criteria and regular feedback by validating that the product meets the business goals.
- Supporting everyday reporting, facilitation, and communication.

- Participating in requirements gathering workshops and stakeholder meetings, conducting interviews, and reviewing historical data.

- Using object-oriented analysis to create system POCs.
- Working with the testers for functionality testing, it takes place by formulating test cases, test results are documented accurately and completely discussed with senior business analysts and solutions are brainstormed.
- Compiling reports and querying the database using the MS SQL Server and SSRS tool.
- Responsible for the restoration and backup of the database for testing purposes on different application levels.
- Responsible for downloading and installing daily backend and frontend releases.
- Facilitating UAT and maintaining the system by logging bugs on Redmine to the developers during continuous testing phases. Then perform other tests such as exploratory testing.
- Facilitating JAD sessions during our life cycle sessions and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned.
