• Welcomes, Greets and issue badges for clients and visitor.
• Manage all types of inquiries.
Events
• Answers telephone inquiries over the phone or at DIFC portal.
• Make meeting room bookings.
• Performs all sorts of administrative work.
• Serves as support for events team of DIFC
● Meeting and greeting clients and or guests in a warm, friendly manner.
● Welcoming and Attending guests during their check in and on their check out.
● Answering and forwarding telephone calls.
● Building good relationship and rapport with guests to make them feel comfortable and address any
complaints they might have in a very courteous manner to protect the image of the hotel.
● Providing guests with information, answering their queries and dealing with complaints.
● Taking reservations by telephone or email, preparing bills and processing payments during guests
check out.
● Preparing Guest list to be distributed in all departments.
● Ensuring the reception area is kept neat and tidy.
