.Design, build, test and rollout Dynamic Citrix Virtualization and Access Infrastructures including XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer, Open Text Fax server (RightFax), Ysoft SafeQ.
.Conduct Pre-Sales Engagement, Proof of concept, Technical Presentation, Project Management for Citrix and Open Text Fax solutions in Middle East.
.Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support onsite and remote for Citrix and Open Text Fax technologies.
.Escalating and working closely with Citrix and Open Text principal support in identifying and determining the root cause of technical issues.
.Documentation, Technical Training to corporates and Develop project deliverables based on Statement of Work.
Major technologies: -
• Installation of Right fax Server \[Fax server\], Xen App Servers, Xen Servers, Xen Desktop and Easi SMS Server.
• Integration of Applications with Exchange, Domino Servers and Microsoft application servers like Share point
• Integration with Various Voice Gateway, Call manager and PBX(Cisco, Avaya, Alcatel, NEC)
• XML and Java Integration with various other commonly using applications.
• Interconnecting different geographical location for efficient usage of the solution.
• Kofax implementation for Etisalat Subscribers (Virtual E-Faxing Project)
• Responsibilities including maintenance of Windows 2003 Servers, Citrix Servers, ISA Server, SMS Server, Fax Servers, Signage Server Cisco Routers, Switches and Modems.
• Installation Configuration and maintenance of HP DL380 2U servers, Fujitsu Siemens Primenergy Servers and High End Ups Systems with Monitoring System for Uninterrupted service.
• Company is running with the base of Windows 2003 Servers configured with DNS, DHCP and Active Directory.
• Managing the Captaris RightFax Server and Sms Server for user based application.
• Database software based on Oracle and Application server and connecting remote branches using DDN and MPLS lines. Small branches are connected using Dial-up Citrix connectivity.
• Configuration and tracking the connectivity using Cisco Routers (2611, 2610, 1721, 1603, 1000) manageable switches (2950), 2900, 1900.
• Configuration Of ADSL line for internet users using Cisco Routers (800 series) and securing the system with the policies and fire walled Symantec gateway security devices (SGS 5420, 400 series).
• Securing the internal LAN using Antivirus servers and ISA servers and deploying software’s.
• Installation, Commissioning and maintenance of Digital Signage and Interactive TV Servers.
Responsibilities include Installation of Cable modem. Co-ordination with RF Team etc. Handling of customer calls and monitoring of router and network equipment. Team player. Ability to contribute towards increase synergy as leader/follower.
Monitor Prime customers network utilization using MRTG.
Assisting corporate customers to fine-tune their network by providing needed guidance and introducing new networking devices that suits their requirement.
Configure CPE for VPN access in order to conduct online trading through cable modem.
Maintenance of Co-allocation Servers and the Redundancy.
Support to Prime customers including regular sight visits.
Troubleshooting of major network faults and Internet connectivity( VoIP and other services)
Responsibilities included Providing Servers, PC and Network support for around 100 computers with hardware and software installation. Providing site support in various branches of the organization. Client side installation and service support.
Configuring Linux based Servers and Clients, remote administration and database server access.
Configuring, hardware and network support of Thin-Clients based on server protocol
Configuring Group Policy, Implementing Advance Security Using Group Policy, Software Deployment Using Group Policy, Active Directory Administration, Active Directory Backup & Restore, & Active Directory maintenance
Configuring dump terminals using specialX cards on servers and remote printing using Samba.
Installation and configuration of Laser Printers, Inkjet printers and high end Dot-matrix Printers.
Provides Software and Network support for 50 braches.
Responsibilities included Administration/maintenance of office network, hardware and software installation. Installation and Configuration of different Operating system Platforms (Windows NT/2000, Novell NetWare, Linux). Co-ordination of Customer Support Associates. Handling customer care calls and solving hardware and network related issues.
